Mid Week Lenten Services
Midweek Lenten services will begin on March 12, 2025. We will have services at 11:30am (traditional) and 7:00pm (contemporary). The evening service will be livestreamed each week. VISION EVENT
Mark your calendar for our Vision Event: On Thursday, March 13th, beginning at 6pm, we will share the Results of the Ministry Clarity survey and begin small group discussion on the opportunities and challenges Facing St. Mark Lutheran Church and Preschool. We hope to have at least one member from every familyattend the vision event. A light dinner will be served. More details will follow soon.

Book club
St. Mark’s Book Club: April 9th’s book will be The Letter Tree by Rachel Fordham. Join us as we discuss this book that has been described as “Romeo and Juliet meets You’ve Got Mail.” We will be meeting at 1 p.m. in St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall. Contemporary Praise music plus traditional organ music combined with a special Christmas eve message There will also be a candlelight service.
Midweek Advent Service
We can help you get into the Christmas spirit! Attending Advent services will help build anticipation and excitement in your heart for the celebration of the birth of the Christ child. We will be holding services in both the afternoon and evening on the following Wednesdays – 12/4, 12/11, and 12/18 at 11:30 am (traditional) and 7pm (contemporary).

Good News Study
NEW Sunday Bible Study–Beginning September 22, Pastor Mark will lead a course called “Good News” duringthe Education Hour. This eight-week study is ideal for those interested in learning more about Lutheran Christianity.Whether you are starting to consider membership at St. Mark or have been a lifelong Lutheran, there is Good Newsfor you! GIFT OF THE MAGI CHRISTMAS BOUTIQUE
Offered this year is a beautiful blue & white quilt by Geauga County Fair Blue Ribbon award winner, Nancy Seabrook, entitled “All Stars”. With twenty different patterns, this quilt is both traditional yet modern. The dimensions are 57 inches by 72 inches. Tickets are $2.00 each or 3/$5.00. The drawing will take place December 8th and the winner need not be present.
