On Jan.6, 2017 , the men of St. Mark braved 7 degree temperatures and met at the
Rise and Dine Cafe in downtown Chesterland. This first breakfast of the new year featured fellowship and awesome food. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and french toast plus hot coffee, were the fare of the day. This months speaker was Jeff Atchley, member of St. Mark . Jeff serves as an Elder at St. Mark and is President of Metal Craft Docks.
Jeff spoke about a book study on the Reformation that his St. Mark in-home group study is using for study and discussion. The in-home groups at St. Mark provide an opportunity to get to know fellow Christians at St. Mark in a more social setting. They are geographical in nature. Each month the men’s group gets together at Rise and Dine at 9:00 am and the breakfast lasts until about 10:15 am. First time attendees eat free. All men are invited , you don’t have to be a St. Mark member to attend.
