St. Mark serves at Building Hope in The City

On April 30,2106 a group of adults and youth boarded the St. Mark bus, soon to be know as Prayerforce  One,  and headed to downtown Cleveland to Building Hope In the City, an outreach to the community by Trinity Lutheran Church. St. Mark members cooked home made meatloaf and brought the meatloaves to the church. April Community Lunch

St. Mark Womens’ League holds a free community lunch the last Wednesday of every month. This month featured a main dish of Chicken Paprikash.

A Fun Day at St. Mark Christian Preschool

Last Wednesday I had the opportunity to spend most of the day photographing the activities at St. Mark Christian Preschool. The activity was fast paced. Observing  creative drawing and coloring,  meeting Pastor Matske and Frederick the fish in Chapel, watching the free spirits of the children as they waved pink chiffon material in the air to music, to playing on tricycles, listening to Mrs. Burke read about Smelly Bear to marching to music and finally a restful healthy snack. A Weekend of Ministry, Fellowship, Worship and FUN!!

This past weekend was very active for the members of St. Mark . Reaching out to Geauga County’s Children

St. Mark  members have filled 125 Easter Baskets and delivered them to Geauga County Family Services to show the love of Christ to children in Geauga County. Each of these baskets was filled by individual members of St. Mark and brought to the church. Wednesday Morning Lenten Service and Feb. Community Lunch
