West Geauga Unity day 2024
St. Mark participated in the West Geauga Chamber of Commerce “Unity Day” on Sunday, August 25, 2024. The community event featured games, pickleball, a dunk tank, food trucks, over 40 merchant and community non-profits, plus much more. The event was held in the West Geauga High School parking lot and was well attended by Chesterland residents and residents of surrounding communities. From Pastor Mark Matzke Thanks be to God, there have been no reports of injuries or loss of life in our community in the wake of Tuesday’s storm. We are hopeful that power will be restored in time for Sunday worship. If so, our normal schedule will be followed.
